Set Qwant Manually on Chrome

Prefer not to install an extension? You can set Qwant as your search engine and homepage directly from Chrome’s settings.

Set Qwant as the Default Search Engine

1. Open Chrome.
2. Go to qwant.com and perform at least one search (this registers Qwant in the list of available search engines).
3. Click the menu (three dots) in the top right corner, then select Settings.
4. In the sidebar, choose Search engine.
5. Under Search engine used in the address bar, select Qwant.
