Reporting an Incorrect Answer
Below each AI answer, feedback buttons allow you to report the issue in just a few seconds.
- Locate the AI answer in your search results.
- Click on one of the thumbs up/down buttons below the answer.
- Choose the reason that best fits: factually incorrect information, improperly cited source, inappropriate content, other.
- Add a comment if you wish, then submit.
Your report is sent to our team, who reviews the feedback to improve the quality of generated answers.
Why Can the AI Make Mistakes?
Artificial intelligence models can produce errors, even when relying on real web sources. The most common cases are:
- Outdated source: the AI relies on an old web page that is no longer up to date.
- Misinterpretation: the AI summarizes a page but misunderstands the meaning of the original content.
- Confusion between sources: multiple conflicting results exist, and the AI does not identify the most reliable one.
How to Verify an AI Answer?
The sources used by the AI are always cited in the answer block. If in doubt, open the source links and verify the information directly at the source. This is a good habit to maintain for any important information, regardless of where it comes from.
Completely Disable AI Answers
If you prefer not to see AI answers at all, you can disable them from your Qwant settings.
