The GDPR grants you several rights regarding the information Qwant processes about you, and you can exercise them at any time.
What Are Your Rights?
- Access: to know what data concerning you is being processed and to obtain a copy.
- Rectification: to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request the deletion of your data, in cases provided by law.
- Objection: to object to certain processing, for example, commercial prospecting.
- Portability: to retrieve your data in a reusable format, or to have it transmitted to another service.
If you want results associated with your name to no longer be displayed, this concerns the right to be forgotten (delisting), which has its own form. You can refer to the article “Right to Be Forgotten: How to Make My Request?”.

Within What Timeframe?
Qwant responds to your request within one month. This period may be extended by an additional two months when the request is complex or when we receive a large number of requests.

You can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
